When you rent a power bank, a $35 pending charge is placed on your card. The rental cost is deducted when you return the power bank, and the remaining amount is refunded.
Most payment cards are accepted directly at the powerbank stations. You can also sign up or login through our app to track rental time and manage your account.
Maximum rental period is 48 hours. If not returned within 48 hours, the full $35 will be charged and the power bank becomes yours to keep.
